About This Major
A fellowship training program that prepares physicians in advanced life support for children, from the term or near-term neonate to the adolescent. This includes critical care management of life-threatening organ system failure in both medical and surgical patients and support of vital physiological functions. Requires prior completion of a residency program in pediatrics. This CIP code is not valid for IPEDS reporting.
